Power Housing Vision/Aims/Values

Vision:

  • To increase the supply of affordable housing for low/moderate income people in Australia
  • Low/moderate income families in Australia are able to move into a home in an area of strong employment and community
  • Local communities are stronger thanks to diverse demographics, solid employment, economic development and community enrichment

Aims:

  • Be the national one-stop-shop for all players in the affordable housing sector through aggregation of capacity
  • Provide information at a senior practitioner level to generate creative, lateral and innovative solutions to grow affordable housing in Australia
  • Assist our members to position, grow and maintain strong affordable housing solutions
  • Identify & capture business opportunities across all levels to achieve affordable housing growth
